Since 2008

KMR Athletics has been providing advanced pole vault training from beginner to elite since 2008. Our members enjoy vaulting sessions designed to increase your efficiency and performance, and our full members utilize our gymnastics, lifting, conditioning and water training in addition to the vaulting sessions. We provide a full range of training options for individuals and school teams with ultra flexible hours and unique camp and sanctioned competition opportunities for all participants. Additionally, we offer equipment sales and rentals for pole vaulting. If you or your school needs vaulting equipment from poles to pits to runways, we can provide a turn key solution. Our facilities offer dual Mondo raised runways up to 140ft long, UCS Pits and standards, 300 + UCS poles for training / practice sessions, 1000+ UCS and FiberSport poles for rentals, hurdles, weights, bands, gymnastics bars, ropes, invert trainers and more. Our practice schedule includes :

Monday - Thursday - PV sessions 5 pm to 7pm

Saturday - PV Session 3 pm to 5 pm

Monday 7:30pm to 9:30pm - Conditioning and Workout Sessions

Wednesday 8:30pm to 10pm - Gymnastics Session

Saturday 5:30pm to 7:30pm - Gymnastics Session
